Nothing slips through. Not a proposal, not an invoice.
Its first job is the one that costs you the most when it slips: your inbox and your follow-ups. It sorts, drafts, chases unsigned proposals and unpaid invoices, and asks for your OK before anything goes out.
Every morning at 8:30, and every Monday in its report card.

The 8:30 brief. Two minutes, then back to work.

HOW IT EARNS TRUST
It prepares, you approve. Then it handles it.
01
Week 1: it prepares
Every follow-up waits for your OK. You approve, edit or refuse in one click, from your email or your phone.
02
After 20 clean approvals: it acts and tells you
Routine follow-ups go out on their own, during your hours, and you see them in the brief.
03
Then: autonomous
It handles follow-ups end to end. You read the report card. One mistake with a client, and it asks for your OK again.
QUESTIONS
Email and follow-ups.
Where does it find my proposals and invoices?
In your email (Gmail or Outlook), your shared Drive folders, HubSpot and Stripe. It writes from your own mailbox, so clients see your address.
Will my clients know it is AI?
It writes in your tone, from your mailbox, within the limits you set. You decide during onboarding how follow-ups are signed.
What if a client replies?
It reads the reply, updates the brief and prepares an answer for your OK. Anything sensitive, like a dispute or a discount request, always comes back to you.
Is my accounting software connected?
Not yet. It works from your email, Drive, HubSpot and Stripe. Accounting software like QuickBooks is not connected yet.
NEXT JOBS
Once follow-ups run on their own. Hand it the next job.
