1. Who we are
Norc is operated by GregLines Taldea, SARL (French limited liability company), 32 Rue Berjon, 69009 Lyon, France, SIREN 994 772 861, RCS Lyon, VAT FR08 994772861 ("Norc", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
If you use Norc on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" means that organization.
2. The service
Norc is a workspace that coordinates AI agents and the people who work with them. It keeps tasks, projects and context, routes work to the agents you connect, and brings results back for human review. Each Norc Cloud customer gets its own isolated instance.
Norc Cloud is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, and some may be added or removed while the product evolves. We will tell workspace owners in advance about changes that materially reduce what the service does for them.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with a supported identity provider (currently Google) or by another method we offer. Keep access to your account secure, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
The owner of a workspace decides who may join it and with which role. Owners and admins are responsible for the people they invite and for the permissions they grant.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Norc.
4. Your content
Your content remains yours. It includes the tasks, projects, comments, files, agent results and other material you or your agents put into Norc, as well as data your connected tools send to it.
You grant us the limited right to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run, secure, back up and support the service for you. We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you bring into Norc. This includes data from other people and from the tools you connect.
5. AI agents and connected tools
Norc sends work to AI agents and tools that you choose and configure, such as Claude Code, Codex, Notion, Slack or GitHub. Those agents run with your accounts and the permissions you give them, on machines you connect or rent, and the providers' own terms apply to that use.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review results before you rely on them, merge them, deploy them or send them to others. Norc lets you require approvals for sensitive actions. You decide which actions agents may take on their own and which credentials they receive.
When you connect a tool through Norc's shared connection, for example "Connect Notion", you authorize Norc to access the content that you select in that tool. You can revoke that access at any time from the tool's settings or from Norc.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Norc to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- access systems, accounts or data you are not authorized to use;
- distribute malware, run attacks, send spam, or mine cryptocurrency;
- interfere with the service, other customers' instances or the infrastructure, or try to get around its security or usage limits;
- resell the service or copy or reverse engineer the Norc software, except where the law allows it.
7. Fees
During the beta, Norc Cloud is provided free of charge or at the price agreed with you in writing. Paid plans, when offered, are described at checkout and billed through our payment provider. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Your AI provider subscriptions, model usage, and any machines you rent or run are separate costs. Budgets and limits set in Norc help you control usage. They do not change what third-party providers charge you.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep Norc Cloud available and to restore it quickly after incidents. During the beta, we do not guarantee any particular uptime.
Each workspace is backed up at least once a day to encrypted, off-site storage in the European Union. In a serious incident, you could lose up to 24 hours of changes. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Norc and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We can provide an export of your workspace data on request before deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop offering the service. Except in urgent cases, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to export your data. If we discontinue Norc Cloud, we will give workspace owners at least 30 days' notice.
10. Intellectual property
The Norc software, website, brand and documentation belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the software or the brand to you.
If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Norc without any obligation to you.
11. Warranties and liability
Norc is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service or AI output will be error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 euros.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify workspace owners by email or in the product at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Norc after that date, the updated terms apply to you.
These terms are governed by French law. Before taking legal action, both parties will try to resolve the dispute amicably. Otherwise, the courts of Lyon, France have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another court.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
