THE COORDINATION COST

You switch clients, rewrite context, assign agents, then chase the evidence needed for review.

WITH A CLEAR WORKFLOW

Each project has a clear brief, connected tasks, and visible results.

Keep the client’s requirements with the work

Record the deliverable, acceptance criteria, relevant project knowledge, and constraints before dispatching tasks. Reusable skills can carry your agency’s review or documentation conventions across appropriate work.

Project organization is not a claim of a complete security boundary. Review the deployment, shared credentials, runner access, and underlying agent permissions against your client’s requirements.

Give different tasks different responsibilities

An investigation task can document a client’s current flow, an implementation task can make the agreed change, and a review task can inspect the result. Dependencies keep the order explicit and provide previous outputs to later work.

Use agent-specific credential assignments where possible. Team-wide secrets are deliberately shared, so check their scope when adding agents or moving between client projects.

See the work behind delivery costs

Project-level recorded usage helps explain the cost of agent work alongside the results. Set a monthly budget and per-run controls so a growing queue has operating limits.

For agency evaluation, measure review effort and accepted deliverables as well as recorded cost. Norc does not promise a margin increase, replace client sign-off, or include external model and infrastructure charges.

Practical questions.

Can I organize work by client project?

Use projects to organize their briefs, tasks, and recorded runs. Evaluate the full deployment and access configuration separately if a client requires strict isolation.

Does Norc send completed work to clients automatically?

This workflow is about coordinating agent tasks and reviewing their results. Decide and configure your own client delivery process and approval requirements.
